    Feature · Gift cards

Someone else pays today. You cook in January.

A gift card is the only thing that brings money in before you have lit the stove. And it brings in a person who does not know you yet, invited by someone they trust.

    How it works

A code, not a plastic card

    1

    Someone buys it

From your page by card, or at the counter if they would rather pay you directly. Either way the card is created in the same place.
    2

They send it to whoever they like

It arrives with your venue name on it and their own message. It forwards on WhatsApp in one tap: nothing to print, no envelope to hand over.
    3

Whoever gets it comes to you

They show the code, you deduct it. If they do not spend it all, the rest stays on the card for next time.

December does not last all year. The card does.

The weeks when people are looking for a present are few and always the same ones. Having the card ready in those weeks is the whole difference between selling it and not selling it.

    What it actually does

    A card that behaves properly

It can be used across visits

It is not all or nothing: if the card is worth more than the bill, the difference stays there for next time. If it is worth less, the guest pays the difference and that is that.

    Expiry and status under control

Each card has its own status, value and expiry. From the panel you see which are still open and which have already been used.

    It shares on WhatsApp

The message goes out already carrying your venue name and the code, in your restaurant language. Whoever is giving it does not have to write a thing.

    Automatic birthdays

You can have a card go out by itself on your guests birthdays, with as many days notice as you choose. It is the message with the highest reply rate you will ever send.

    It stacks with other discounts

A gift card is money, not a promotion: it stacks with cashback and does not compete with a coupon. If someone has one, they use it.

It only works at your place

The code belongs to your restaurant. This is not a voucher platform with a hundred venues where yours gets lost: whoever buys it is choosing you.
    What it costs you

Said upfront, not buried in the contract

    In person: zero

If you sell it yourself, face to face, we take nothing. The money is yours from the first moment.

    Online: 3%

On a sale made from your page by card we keep 3%. That is the cost of taking money remotely, and we say it here instead of hiding it.

    You need your Stripe account

To sell online you connect your own account from the panel: the money lands in your account, it does not pass through ours. On Managed we do the connection together with you.

    No fee per redemption

When the guest uses the card you pay nobody anything. The cost, when there is one, is only the online sale.

    One thing said plainly

People often say a share of gift cards is never redeemed and turns into profit. It can happen, but it is not a promise we make you: it depends on your venue and how you sell them, and building revenue on that would be a terrible idea. The reason to sell them is a different one: you get paid earlier and a new guest walks in.

Gift cards are included is included in both Managed ($416 a month, we run it) and Suite ($139 a month, you run it). No fee per redemption.

Managed is a 12-month contract of $4,990 a year, with setup and migration included and a 90-day guarantee.

Prices exclude any taxes due in your country. Invoiced by FM Solutions & Consulting USA LLC (Orlando, FL, USA).
