      The credit shows up in their account, with the expiry date spelled out.

    Filling tables with new guests costs every single time. Filling them with people who have already been costs the credit you decided on, and that person stays yours.

    How it actually works

    A real programme, not a sticker on the window

    Every credit is traceable

    There is no single number going up and down: each credit is a line with its amount, its expiry and the order that created it. When a guest disputes it, the answer exists.

    Spent by expiry date

    The credit expiring soonest is used first, so nothing is lost to forgetfulness. If an order is cancelled, the unspent part comes back.

    Earned on delivery

    The credit is created when the order is delivered, not when it is placed: a cancelled order gives no money away.

    Cap per order

    You decide how much of a single bill cashback can cover (half by default). The guest sees the limit explained at checkout, no surprises.

    Safe at the till

    Crediting only needs the QR to be scanned; spending needs the guest to approve it on their own phone. A photo of the QR empties nobody’s balance.

    The balance stays with you

    The balance is credit towards your restaurant and does not pool with other venues. Whoever issues it is whoever honours it.

    One thing said plainly

    We will not promise you a percentage of guests who come back: that would be an invented number, and your venue is nobody’s average. We tell you what the system does and show it running on your own menu, in a 20-minute demo. You do the maths.

    Cashback is included in both Managed ($416 a month, we run it) and Suite ($139 a month, you run it). No fee per redemption.

    Managed is a 12-month contract of $4,990 a year, with setup and migration included and a 90-day guarantee.
